In a dream I had on Sunday, September 30, 2006, I saw the following image and knew in the dream that an earthquake would occur at 4.0 on the Richter scale, but I did not know where or when. I immediately got up from my slumber and drew the following image and wrote "Earthquake or some sort of explosion, Epic Center" as shown below with the arrow.

Thirteen (13) days after Sunday, September 30, 2006 on Thursday, October 12, 2006, a colleague of mine whom I met on a consultancy engagement in Manhattan took a colored marker from the conference room table and proceeded, without my prior knowledge, to draw the map of Nigeria on an illustration board to tell me about a telecom project that he was considering to undertake in Nigeria. As he drew the map of Nigeria on the illustration board, I immediately recognized it as the map in my dream image of Sunday, September 30th, 2006.

What was more striking was that he started to explain that he wanted to build and construct four (4) cellular phone telecommunication towers in the country of Nigeria to mount microwave antennas and transmitters for private wireless cellular phone companies with a control center in Abuja located in the middle that would have been located at the same exact diagonal spots and center where the four dashes and circle are shown in the dream image above. I was amazed by the drawing of the map that rapidly unfolded in front of my eyes! I stopped the presentation to tell him about my dream, which is something that I have never done in a professional setting. I brought my dream book to the office the next day on Friday, October 13, 2006 to show him the above dream image which he recognized as the map that he drew on the illustration board the day before. He was now convinced that his telecom project would be successful and that it would be like an "earthquake" - shaking up the telecom industry in Nigeria. But I still felt that the dream was about an earthquake that was about to happen more so than a wireless phone infrastructure project that would place four high telecommunication towers in the four corners of Nigeria in the locations shown in the dream image above. I also felt that an earthquake or "explosion of some sort" could occur in Nigeria at 4.0 on the Richter scale somewhere in the middle of the country, possibly in the capital city of ABUJA. At which point, we felt that a 4.0 magnitude earthquake was weak by earthquake standards and probably would not have a major impact in Nigeria, so why worry further about it. Destructive seismic activities are uncommon in much of Africa. Nigeria does not experience strong seismic activity as shown on the USGS Seismic Hazard Map of Africa.

EARTHQUAKES IN AFRICA

I thought at the moment, that that was all there was to the dream. That the dream had been fulfilled and that there was nothing more to it until I saw the evening news on television on Sunday, October 15, 2006 concerning a 6.7 Magnitude earthquake that occurred in Kiholo Bay, Hawaii injuring 4 people.

When I saw the map of the Big Island of Hawaii on television on Sunday, October 15th and heard of the 6.7 M earthquake that occurred that day at Kiholo Bay, I immediately recognized the map of Hawaii shown on television as the map in my dream image of September 30, 2006. (The map of Kauai Island in the State of Hawaii somewhat fits the dream image description as well. Poipu would represent a reoriented southeastern corner if this proves to be the case.) However, the Big Island of Hawaii is a much closer match to my dream image than even the map of Nigeria. However, it was not until Astrologer, Susan Aiu, who lives on Oahu Island in the State of Hawaii, which is not very far from The Big Island of Hawaii, told me on a phone conversation that I realized that the map in my dream was drawn upside down with respect to Hawaii's north-south orientation, and that I had made the correction in my mind never realizing the difference as shown below:

THE UPSIDE DOWN STATE FLAG OF HAWAII
Research conducted on the history of the State of Hawaii reveals some interesting facts, that in the past, Hawaii's flag was flown upside down. Historically, the upside down flag of Hawaii has been a symbol of protest by native Hawaiians against foreign imperial domination. See Statehood & The Flag of HAWAII It is very interesting to learn that the Flag of HAWAII was once flown upside down, since the map in the dream image was shown upside down with respect to the Big Island of Hawaii's north-south orientation.

Could this be indicative of possible social unrest or agitation on the Big Island of Hawaii or does it merely reflect a characteristic or quality that is inherent to the nature of Hawaii?

UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII REPORTS
Cecily Wolfe, a professor and seismologist at the University of Hawaii (cecily@soest.hawaii.edu) said in a recent article that a 6.0 magnitude earthquake occurs every 10 years in Hawaii. She said that you can't assume that because one occurred yesterday that we're not going to get another one later this week. However, the US Geological Survey has only reported nine (9) destructive earthquakes in Hawaii since 1868 Destructive Earthquakes in Hawaii Since 1868.

RATIONAL ANALYSIS
Based on the dream image shown above, using a rational approach would suggest that three major earthquakes could hit the Big Island of Hawaii within the next 45 days. The reason is that in my dream the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.0, not 6.7 as reported for the earthquake that occurred in Hawaii on Sunday, October 15, 2006. Note also that four dots were shown in the dream image above with one (northwest position) being in relative position as Sunday's earthquake. I interpret this to mean that each of the four dot represents an earthquake and that three more earthquakes could occur within 15 days of each other at diagonal equidistant positions as shown in the dream image above with the greatest impact occurring in the center of the Island.

I used a 15-day interval between earthquakes since 15 days elapsed from the date of the dream on Sunday, September 30 to the date of the first earthquake in Hawaii on Sunday, October 15, 2006.

PREDICTIVE DATES
Using this time line, it means that the next major earthquake to hit Hawaii would occur on Monday, October 30, 2006. If no earthquake occurs on this date, then my analysis is wrong. However, if a significant earthquake occurs on Monday, October 30, 2006, then we can project that at least two more earthquakes should occur in Hawaii on Monday, November 13, 2006 and on Tuesday, November 28, 2006.

4.0 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE AT THE EPIC CENTER
What would occur in the center of the Big Island of Hawaii as shown in the dream image, we do not know? But I would suggest that the greatest impact will be felt there. An analysis of what might occur in the center of Hawaii is discussed below.

It is now confirmed that an earthquake occurred offshore northwest near The Big Island of Hawaii on Sunday, December 3, 2006 at 12:22:19 UTC registering a Revised Magnitude of 4.6 on the Richter scale from 4.4 reported on Sunday, December 3, 2006 by USGS.

NEWS FLASH!
The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory reported mild aftershocks on Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii after mild jolts were felt at 2:22 a.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2006, which according to the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, are aftershocks of the October 15, 2006 earthquake. If this is correct, then perhaps our second, third and fourth earthquake events as predicted by the dream of September 30, 2006 may not yet have happened. The Magnitude 4.6 (Revised December 4, 2006) was located about 7 miles offshore from the Waikoloa Resort in West Hawaii at a depth of nine miles. It is reported that the location is close to the site of the Magnitude 6.7 Kiholo earthquake that shook much of the State on Sunday, October 15, 2006. A second earthquake at 6.0 Magnitude caused over $200 million in damages. The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory reported that nearly 150 after shocks have been felt since the earthquake of October 15, 2006. These aftershocks are expected to continue for a year.

It is now confirmed that an earthquake occurred offshore southeast of Honuapo Bay on The Big Island of Hawaii on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 21:37:31 UTC registering a Magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale.

The Epic Center for An Earthquake or "Some Sort of Explosion" is Expected to Occur in the Center of the Map of the Dream Image Shown Above.

THE EPIC CENTER
The dream image suggests that the epic center of the earthquake or "some sort of explosion" will be in the middle of the map. Could the map in the dream image be telling us that an active volcano could soon erupt in the middle of the Big Island of Hawaii affecting the four corners of the Island in a dramatic way? If this interpretation is correct, then predicting when this would happen is a major and difficult challenge.

FOUR EXTREME POINTS & ONE CENTER IN THE USA - Belle Fourche - SD
With respect to the Extreme Points of the United States, the Geographic Center of the 50 states is located approximately (20 mi) north of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, at 44°58′N 103°46′W.

WASHINGTON, DC - The True Center
The only city in the USA with four extreme points is the capitol, Washington, District of Columbia (DC).

Anyone familiar with the City knows that it was Designed by French architect Pierre L'Enfant under McMillian to be divided into four quadrants: NorthEast, NorthWest, SouthEast and SouthWest with the Capital at the political Center. These four extreme points reflect the Ascendant, Mid-Heaven, Descendant and Nadir found on a horoscope wheel.

Note that the southern most point is in water on the borders where Maryland and Virginia meets. As discussed above, the Nadir or southern most point is the point where souls enter the earth plane at Zero Degrees of Capricorn representative of the Winter Solstice that occurred on December 21, 2006 at 7:23 PM EST.

It should also be noted that Washington, DC, as the Capitol, is located on the eastern shores of the United States midway between the farthest northern point bordering Canada in the State of Maine near Madawaska and Florida's southern natural continental line on the east coast near Saint Augustine that defines the land mass of continental United States just before the Florida peninsular begins. This puts Washington, DC on the Ascendant of a horoscope wheel. It means that Washington, DC is the point where energy is received, harnessed, activated and reflected throughout the United States.

However, few know that the geographic center for the design of the City of Washington, DC is near the Zero Milestone on The Ecllipse directly behind the White House. Any good map of Washington, DC or Road Atlas should show the Zero Milestone behind the White House on the Ecllipse.

Each of the four border lines of the District of Columbia is 10 miles long giving the City its 40 square miles diamond shape. Columbia is the original name of the United States honoring Christopher Columbus before the name "United States of America" was adopted by the United States Constitution.

The 40 square mile base of Washington, DC, like the Great Pyramid in Egypt, aligns with the north pole, south pole and sunrise/moon rise at east and west at the equinoxes reflective of the cross of the solstices and equinoxes. Symbolically, the City represents the base of the Great Pyramid of Giza, the first temple of the mysteries, through which it is said the flames of the divine descended through the apex to disseminate wisdom down the diverging sides radiating outward to the base.

It should be noted that the US Capitol, housing the Senate and House of Representatives as well as the Supreme Court, were sited east, but more importantly, south of the Zero Milestone line, at about 29 degrees of Virgo in the Tropical Zodiac, suggesting that these institutions were considered below the ascendant, hidden from public view, and somewhat subordinate to the all encompassing center represented by the Office of the Presidency sited at the White House at the exact geographic center of the "City of Columbia". At 29 degrees Virgo, it means that it would take extremely hard and persistent work for these institutions to make their presence felt, and that they would be under-rated and unappreciated.

And so it is, through its actions and decisions the Office of the Presidency, through the White House, dominates the country and world affairs, seldom the actions or decisions of the Congress or Supreme Court, which are never in equal or superior public view.

While Congress is the apparent and open political center from which all four quadrants take their marking of being NorthEast, NorthWest, SouthEast and SouthWest, it is geographically "off-center" to the southeast of Pierre L'Enfant four extreme points for the City limits, perhaps the real reason why George Washington dismissed him. Note that three of these points of the City are on land, and it appears that one point is to the south on water at the intersection where Virginia border meets Maryland border at the connecting Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge of Interstate 95-495 Beltway near Alexandria, Virginia. (Alexandria named perhaps after its ancient counterpart.) This is the only point where all three meet: Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, forming a point of Trinity known in astrology and Hebrew tradition as the Yod or Finger or Hand of God as well as force majeure.

The Yod is the smallest letter in the Hebrew alphabet and the only one suspended in mid air reflective of divinity and the power of the hidden one. Washington, DC is the smallest governing body on the continental United States and the only one that has not, and cannot gain, statehood for legal and metaphysical reasons. In astrology, the Yod is like two ships passing in the night, two planetary energies coming together at a central point not realizing that the other exist. Such is the relationship between Maryland and Virginia with Washington, DC in the middle.

Placing the site for the White House at the exact geographic center of the City means that L'Enfant must have felt that true power rests with the Office of the Presidency, not with the Congress or Supreme Court of the United States.

True to his design, the power of the White House is hidden, especially since few know that the White House is located at the exact geographic center of Washington, DC.

In the Public's eyes, the Congress appears and is perceived by all (and in map layout) to be at the center of Washington, DC, since all streets, roads and avenues take their Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest bearing and orientation from the Capitol in Washington, DC.

Placing the Congress on a point southeast of the true geographic center of Washington, DC, suggests that master designer and architect L'Enfant favored the South over the North in the upcoming American Civil War as well as a monarchy over a democracy.

Astrologically speaking, it also puts Congress and the Supreme Court in two relative positions: 1) on the ascendant eternally rising in public view at 1 degree of Aries (authority to declare war) and 2) 29° of Virgo (overworked and underpaid) discussed above.

On the other hand, the Office of the Presidency, reflected by the position of the White House aligned with the geographic center of Washington, DC, was to be the domestic, international and world center from which all power flowed.

Most of the architect friends I consulted agreed on a symbolic rather than practical reasons for the plan of the Giza group. They pointed out that most monuments - and especially intensely geometrical ones such as the pyramids - were charged with symbolic connotations. This often applied to the place where they were sited, its orientation and relative positions to the geography of the area. In this case, the obvious geography and alignment to consider was the course of the Nile. With respect to the current US-Iraq conflict, June 25, 2009; 4:30 AM, EST should be a significant date, perhaps marking a major turning point in the war.

But before that, Iraq will take center stage and the spotlight on or near Wednesday, July 18, 2007 and/or Saturday, October 27, 2007 when events in the Middle East or new information on Saddam Hussein's execution will cause shock and become a hot topic for debate and discussion.

The mid point of these two dates is September 7-8, 2007 when Pluto goes Direct - four days before the Solar Eclipse in Virgo on September 11, 2007.

EARTHQUAKE SOUTHEAST OF WASHINGTON, DC
On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2006 at 5:42:57 EST an earthquake measuring 4.4 (4.3) on the Richter scale struck Virginia southeast of the Center of Washington, DC.

INTERPRETATION - Political Earthquake in Washington, DC
One interpretation of this earthquake is that the Congress will have more influence and control over the United States than Office of the Presidency as supported and witnessed by November 2006 mid-term election results.

IMPLICATIONS FOR TEXAS
It is possible that the dream may be about a third and fourth event other than two more earthquakes in Hawaii – especially since the first dream manifestation had nothing to do with an earthquake in Hawaii but with four (4) Telecom towers in the country of Nigeria with Abuja in the center.

We do not know the dates of these other possible events or earthquakes?

What kind of events, we don’t know, but earthquakes or "some sort of explosive event" involving the number 4 cannot be ruled out in light of explosive events occurring in Hawaii, Nigeria, Texas and Washington, DC.

The shape of the map of Texas is far from being a perfect match to the map in the dream image, but works to some degree, especially when you consider that Texas have four cities that are somewhat perpendicular to each other and a city in the center that matches the symbolism of the dream. The four outer cities are Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston. These cities are perpendicular or squared to each other with Waco, Texas in the center and Austin, Texas more to the south of Waco.

CONNECTION BETWEEN CRAWFORD, TEXAS & THE WHITE HOUSE IN WASHINGTON, DC:
Can an earthquake or "explosion of some sort" involving the number 4, (4 people, places or things) occur very soon in Crawford, Texas or the White House in Washington, DC?

Crawford, Texas, the location of President Bush's ranch, is located about 13 miles west of Waco, Texas, which we said is in the center of four perpendicular cities to the northeast (Ft. Worth), northwest (Dallas), southeast (San Antonio) and southwest (Houston) just as the White House is to four similar extreme points in Washington, DC.

The White House and Crawford, Texas are located in or near the center of four extreme perpendicular points. Based on the map in the dream image we should expect "an explosion of some sort" to occur in either or both of these centers involving the number 4 in some major and significant way. We do not know what these events are or how they shall manifest, but if what we observed from the gas pipeline explosion in Nigeria that killed 269, a 6.7 earthquake in Hawaii that injured FOUR people and the political fall out in Washington, DC are correct, then it is just a matter of time before the White House and/or Crawford, Texas take center stage in some major "earthquake" or major explosive event involving the number FOUR (4).

We should keep an eye on the White House and Crawford, Texas as possibilities for manifestation of the dream image in a 3rd or 4th event.

FIVE MAIN GROUPS OF ISLANDS WITH ONE IN THE CENTER - Oahu, HI
The islands of the State of Hawaii consist of eight (8) islands: 1) Niihau, 2) Kauai, 3) Oahu, 4) Molokai, 5 ) Lanai, 6) Maui, 7) Kahoolawe, 8) Hawaii. As shown on the map below, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe and Maui form a single geographic group often seen as one set of islands, which creates five (5) groups of islands with Oahu in the center.

POSSIBLE MAUNA LOA VOLCANO ERUPTION IN CENTER OF THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII?
Mauna Loa is a very active Volcano that is close to the middle of the Big Island of Hawaii. It has been experiencing long period swarm of deep earthquakes, some registering 5.0 or more on the Richter scale, since July 2004. According to USGS, Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, Mauna Loa is not erupting. There has been no significant changes, they report. There have been no significant changes.GPS data suggest that, starting in early September 2005, inflation of the volcano has slowed. Over the past 6 months, our GPS network has recorded 1 cm of extension across the caldera and 2 cm of extension across the flanks. Tilt meters have recorded no significant changes. Mauna Loa remains seismically quiet with few earthquakes occurring beneath the volcano and beneath the Ka`oiki fault zone on the east flank. Since the beginning of January, 2005, HVO analysts have rarely located more than 10 earthquakes per week beneath Mauna Loa summit.

ANOTHER SCENARIO
As shown in the map of Hawaii above, the volcanic point on the Big Island of Hawaii is not in the dead center of the Island. It is more towards the south of the Island with another mountain peak to the north. Hence, we will consider another scenario as well, including a Tsunami flooding the center of the Big Island of Hawaii as discussed below. However, please note that at the time of this posting (Friday, 11/24/06), enough research on the impact of a Tsunami on the Big Island of Hawaii has not yet been carried out to determine if this is even a remote possibility. But given that we are at this stage exploring possible dream interpretations we will continue with this line of argument until proven otherwise.

THE DATE OF WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2006
Already we have seen where four (4) important earthquakes have occurred on the Big Island of Hawaii since September 30, 2006. We still expect another earthquake to occur in Hawaii on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2006. But we do not have a date for the one occurring in the center of the map image, which is really what the dream was drawing our attention to, not the four smaller dots or mini-earthquakes that we interpret could occur at four equidistance dates as indicated by the dots in the dream image above.

THE ROLE OF JUPITER
One possible date for the Epic Center event occurring is WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2006 at about 1:30 AM. On this date, JUPITER, which looks like the number 4 written in script handwriting, will be in SAGITTARIUS at 4 DEGREES and 13 SECONDS. 13 is 1+3=4.

THE NUMBER 4
I like this date because everything adds nicely to 4, even the year 2006, which is 2+0+0+6=8, which is divisible by 4. Wednesday is the fourth day of the week if you start with Sunday as the first day of the week. If the number 4 is significant as suggested by the dream, then I would expect the earthquake or "some sort of explosive event" could possibly occur in 2006 and not 2007, since 2007 adds to 9 which is not divisible by 4.

What I also like about the date of 12/13/06 @ 1:30 a.m. is that for New York Jupiter at that time is at 4 degrees of Sagittarius and 13 seconds, while in Kiholo, Hawaii where the first major earthquake occurred in 2006, Jupiter will be at 4 degree and 16 seconds of Sagittarius. In both locations for the date and same time, the degrees are divisible by 4, which was a significant number in the dream. To add to this information, the Moon crosses over the sensitized spot of the last Solar Eclipse in Virgo (29 degrees) sitting at 00 degrees Libra and 44 minutes on 12/13/06; 1:30 a.m.; Kiholo, Hawaii.

WINTER SOLSTICE
December 13, 2006 will be 8 days away from the winter solstice, when the Sun will be at its greatest distance from the equatorial plane before it starts its journey to the north after being stationary in the sky for approximately three days, known to many as the shortest day.

LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT!
Assuming that the above analysis is correct, which it isn't, for those wanting to watch to see if this predicted earthquake or explosive event will occur as suggested by this speculative interpretative dream analysis, it should be noted that WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2006 is really TUESDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 12, 2006. The point being that if anything is to happen at all, and nothing might, it could start anytime after TUESDAY NIGHT SOMETIME AFTER MIDNIGHT when Wednesday begins.

WILL AN EARTHQUAKE OCCUR ON THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII ON DECEMBER 13, 2006?
Does this mean that an earthquake will occur in Hawaii on this date at this time? No, not really. What we are doing is tracking the possibility of an earthquake occurring on this date at this time until we find stronger scientific or astrological evidence to support our findings.

SENSITIZED SPOTS TO CHECK
The first possibility is to treat December 13, 2006 1:30 a.m. as a "sensitized spot" (as we do with eclipses) on an astrological chart for that day, to see if an earthquake will occur on the Big Island of Hawaii when Mars forms a square in the future with Jupiter 4 degree 16 seconds of Sagittarius. Mars forms a square with 4 degrees Jupiter 16 seconds of Sagittarius on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at 12:10 PM, Mauna Loa, HAWAII We are using Mauna Loa, HAWAII because it is close to the Center of the Big Island of HAWAII, where according to the dream, an earthquake or explosion of some sort will occur. We have had 9-11, could 4-11 be a possibility as well?

The second possibility is to use the date and time of the last major earthquake on the Big Island of the HAWAII to predict the next big earthquake on the Big Island of HAWAII The dream of September 30, 2006 did not give us the date and time of the earthquake that occurred on Sunday, October 15, 2006, but it is clear that this dream was pointing to the earthquake of October 15, 2006 as one of four possible earthquakes that could occur on the Big Island of Hawaii before something major happens in the Center of the Big Island of Hawaii. That is all we can say at this point, using the information from the dream of September 30, 2006.

At all times, we must make a clear distinction between what is given to us in the dream image of September 30, 2006 and the assumptions we use in the interpretation. As quoted above, dreams and impressions are often correct, but opinions and interpretations are add-ons that can lead to statements of truth or falsehood.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2006 at 1:30 PM, the planet Mars conjunct the position of the Jupiter position of the October 15, 2006 earthquake of 21 degrees Scorpio and 26 minutes. Four (4) hours before this time, on November 23, 2006 at 9:20:10 AM HST, an earthquake measuring Magnitude 5.0 on the Richter scale struck the Big Island of HAWAII as discussed above.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2006, a mild unexpected earthquake measuring 4.4 Magnitude on the Richter scale struck the East Coast of the United States in the State of Virginia.

THE NEXT DATE WHEN THE PLANET MARS WILL BE IN AN AFFLICTED POSITION VIS-A-VIS THE JUPITERIAN SENSITIZED EARTHQUAKE SPOT OF OCTOBER 15, 2006 IS WHEN THE PLANET MARS WILL BE AT 21 DEGREES OF AQUARIUS AND 26 MINUTES. THAT DATE AND TIME IS MARCH 27, 2007, 6:30 PM HST. THE ASPECT ON THIS DATE ARE PRETTY GOOD. JUPITER TRINES SATURN IN LEO, SEXTILE MARS AND NEPTUNE IN AQUARIUS, WHICH OPPOSES SATURN. ON THIS DATE JUPITER REMAINS IN A SQUARE POSITION TO URANUS IN PISCES. SEE CHART AT CHART FOR MARCH 26, 2007.

If an earthquake occurs on the Big Island of HAWAII on March 26, 2007, it would most likely occur at 3:25 PM HST when Mars in Aquarius is on the Descendant. This is almost 4 hours before the time when Mars will square the Sensitized Spot of Jupiter position for the 6.7 M earthquake of October 15, 2006. See Chart for Mars on Descendant in Aquarius.

We can do a similar analysis using the date of the dream of September 30, 2006. Here the sensitized Jupiterian spot would be at 18 degrees of Scorpio and 21 minutes. Mars conjuncts this position on November 19, 2006 and squares this position on March 22, 2007. Since an earthquake measuring more than 3.0 M did not occur on the Big Island of Hawaii on November 19, 2006, I prefer to use the sensitized spot for the earthquake of October 15, 2006 to predict the occurrence of other possible earthquakes on the Big Island of Hawaii.

2007 SOLAR ECLIPSE IN PISCES & VIRGO
The 2007 Solar Eclipse occurring at 28 degrees Pisces and 7 minutes will happen on March 18, 2007 at 4:42 PM HST for the State of Hawaii. This eclipse falls in Hawaii's 7th House near it Descendant, which is at 2 degrees Pisces and 44 minutes. This mean that the 2007 Solar Eclipse in Pisces will affect Hawaii in ways that are outside of Hawaii's control. Mars conjuncts the solar eclipse position on May 13, 2007 and squares this position on September 24, 2007, shortly after the 2007 Solar Eclipse in Virgo that will occur on September 11, 2007.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT DATE
Another important date to watch is JANUARY 13-15, 2007. January 15, 2007 date is the actual Birth Day of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Why is this date important? On this date the planet Mars will be at 29 degrees of Sagittarius forming a tight square with the position of the last Solar Eclipse that occurred on Friday, September 22, 2006 at 29 degrees of Virgo. A critical time to watch on this date could be 7:45 a.m. - the time of the last solar eclipse. It is generally accepted in astrology that when Mars forms a square with a sensitized spot of a solar eclipse (in this case 29 degrees of Virgo), something unfavorable usually happens, and an earthquake is one of those things that could happen. Transiting Mars at 29 degrees of Sagittarius and 10 minutes Direct will exactly conjunct Saturn in The State of Hawaii natal charts at Zero (0) degrees Capricorn and 37 minutes Retrograde in the 3rd House of communications on MLK's actual birthday. This Mars positions squares the sensitized position of the Solar Eclipse that occurred in Virgo on September 22, 2006 at 29 degrees of Virgo. Mars effect is strengthened by Pluto conjuncting Mars at this position at 27 degrees of Sagittarius and 33 minutes.

TRINE TO THE GALACTIC CENTER - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2006
Note that the Sun in the natal chart of the State of Hawaii on August 21, 1959 is in the 11th House at 28 degrees of Leo and 00 minutes, which trines the Galactic Center on Wednesday, December 20, 2006, which falls in Hawaii's 3rd House between transiting Pluto and Mars in Sagittarius, with transiting Hawaii's Part of Fortune at 22 degrees of Sagittarius and 57 minutes not far behind. What this means is that private communication on whatever is to happen in Hawaii on January 15, 2007 will start in earnest on Wednesday, December 20, 2006, and will find public expression by MLKJ's birthday.

WINTER SOLSTICE - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2006
Note that the State of Hawaii's natal Sun at 28 degrees Leo and 00 minutes trines the Galactic Center on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. This important cosmic alignment occurs just one day before the Solar New Year begins on the Winter Solstice of December 21, 2006 - the shortest day of the year in which the Sun reaches its stationary maximum northern declination of 23 degrees and 27 minutes degrees before traveling again to the southern hemisphere. This means that the period Wednesday, December 20, 2006 to Saturday, December 23, 2006 will be very important for the State of Hawaii. Whatever happens during these fours days will culminate on Monday, January 15, 2007 and affect the entire year in 2007.

HERMES, THE WISEST GOD
The number 4 looks like a sail boat on the ocean, which is symbolic of Hermes governed by the planet Mercury. Mercury rules commerce and communications and is mercurial in nature expanding and contracting rapidly in response to temperature. With these symbols involved, should a major earthquake occur, it would mean that communications, especially wireless, would be one of the first things to be totally cut off; trade and business would also come to a decisive halt.

THE SIGN OF CANCER
It should also be known that the number 4 relates to the 4th house and to the sign of Cancer. This means that if anything happens under these aspects that the "home" front would be seriously affected. Cancer relates to the nadir. This suggests an underground explosion possibly in the form of an earthquake, or an explosion that moves the earth like a volcano. Whatever it is is coming up from the bottom to surface at the top.

The fourth house is also the time of the autumnal equinox, which occurs when the Sun is directly above the equator that once again divides the night from the day in two equal parts. It occurred this year about September 23, 2007, 7 days before I had the earthquake dream on September 30, 2006.

POWER OF THE NUMBER FOUR (4) AT MAUNA KEA DORMANT VOLCANO IN HAWAII
Only at Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii do you find a single natural symbol that represents the four climatic regions and conditions of the world.

1) At the top of Mauna Kea one finds the frigid and icy conditions of the Swiss Alps and freezing cold places such as Siberia in Russia.

2) Descending this great mountain from a height of 13,796 feet (4,205 meters), where again the number four (4) is relevant (1+3=4; 7+9+6=22; 2+2=4; 1+3+4; 4+4=8; the British measurement system of inches, feet, yard, pound and ounces where developed using measurements taken from the planet Venus. 4) Arriving at the base of the mountain of Mauna Kea near sea level of the mighty Pacific Ocean, one quickly observes the natural beauty of Africa's Serengeti - Masi Mara ecological system that can only be found in East Africa in the countries of Kenya and Tanzania.

INTERPRETING THE NUMBER 4
Why should we accept or look at different orientation of numbers such as the number 4 for possible guidance on predictive dates? We know that the dream image was seen upside down and not right side up as we would have expected. When you consider the date of October 11, 2006, which is the date when the small plane crashed into the 40th floor of the Belaire Apartment building on York Avenue and 72nd Street in Manhattan, New York, you get the date of 10-11-06. Write 10-11-06 on any piece of paper and turn the paper upside down and you get 9-11-01. Amazing! Hence, I believe that since we sometimes see things in our dreams in an upside down manner, then it would be fitting to turn the number 4.0 in all directions to find other possible interpretative symbols. The number 4 is similar to the ancient symbol for Hermes, which represents Mercury, trade and commerce, Columbia Business School, the Gemini Twins, the Twin Towers or WTC, which synchronistically ties into Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 1:30 am or some other time of day divisible by 4 when Jupiter, which looks like a handwritten 4, will be in Sagittarius at 4 degrees and 13 seconds. After all, the Big Island of Hawaii can be seen as a Big Sail Boat sailing in the Pacific Ocean, which somewhat takes the shape of the number 4 when turned upside down.

Anyone who studies numerology would immediately recognize that the 6.7 M earthquake that occurred in Kiholo Bay, Hawaii on Sunday, October 15, 2006 adds to the number 4 as follows: 6+7=13, 1+3=4. For a numerologist, this would be significant.

One of the latest significant earthquake on the Big Island of Hawaii that occurred on Sunday, December 3, 2006 was originally reported by US Geological Survey as Magnitude 4.4 on the Richter scale before it was upgraded on Monday, December 4, 2006 to a Magnitude4.6 earthquake. Of importance to the dream analysis is the 4.4 Magnitude that was originally reported on December 3, 2006 and the upgrade that was reported on December 4th, 2006. The number 4 keeps popping up no matter how hard one may try to push it down or ignore its interpretative significance for this particular dream!

THE NUMBER FOUR
Anyone who studies the philosophy and principles of mathematics will know that the number four (4), which is a concept referring to that which cannot be described in the perfect eternal world (Plato). It is not real. It does not exist. Numbers are used for our convenience. They refer to something else, and can be very useful in giving us information that allows us to understand the world and universe in which we live, but for the most part numbers do not exist in a material form or sense. They never did and never will.

THE POWER OF A GLYPH

When we talk about the number 4, or any number for that matter, we are not talking about a symbol, glyph or a scientific mathematical conception of the word constructed for the mind that expresses the summation of ones of whole physical entities confirmed and counted to the number 4, but rather of a metaphysical force or cosmic universal energy (i.e., platform) that expresses itself through the number 4 in the physical world. In this regard, the number 4 is alive and real and not a property, conception or illusion of the mind. Four is representative of the crystallization of manifestation into all of its myriad and infinite forms. Four is Spirit, Soul, and Matter concretized, birthed. DEFINING THE NUMBER FOUR (4)
Another point to note about numbers, any rational number, and in our case the number 4, is that mathematically speaking, the number 4 starts from 3.00000000000001... and not 4.00000000000001... as many may assume. In other words, when you have a number for example, 4.231. This number, 4.231, is part of the 5 series, not the 4 series as many reading this note would assume. It also means that when adding numbers for practical purposes, let say 4+4+4=12, you are really adding 3.999... + 3.999... + 3.999... = 11.999... rounded to 12.0. Hence, for purposes of our dream interpretation analysis, we use all earthquakes occurring on The Big Island of Hawaii after September 30, 2006 that are greater than 3.00000000000001..., since earthquakes greater than 3.00000000000001... is part of the number four (4) series. For purposes of our analysis, the number four (4) then can be seen as all values ranging from 3.00000000000001... to 3.9999999999999...

DECEMBER 13, 2006?
It is important to note that on December 13, 2006, Jupiter, at four degrees of Sagittarius and 13 seconds, makes one important square to the planet of Uranus, which will be at 11 degrees and 2 seconds of Pisces. This square is within a very wide 7 degrees orb - which for the most part is somewhat unacceptable for a major earthquake event. For transits over the chart of the State of Hawaii, we would expect an orb that is within 1-2 degrees.

Why is this important? We know already that the number 11 represents Gemini, the Gemini Twins and Mercury above all things. But more importantly, we know that the astrological Sign of Pisces is ruled by Neptune and represents the sea and fossil fuel oil.

A colleague suggests that the number 4 relates to Aquarius. This explains the tall communication towers that a business colleague plans to construct in Nigeria. While this all adds up, it is still not sufficient or conclusive enough to make a predictive statement with any degree of comfort or remote possibility. If anything, it could prove the very opposite, which is how great predictive analysis can be totally wrong.

URANUS IN PISCES
Hawaii is the southernmost state in the United States, further south than Florida's Key West. Hawaii is as south in the Pacific Ocean as Cuba is in the Caribbean Sea. What role does the Hawaiian Islands play with respect to oil and other liquid commodities, such as natural gas that are ruled astrologically by the planet Neptune is yet to be explored? POSSIBLE TSUNAMI?
Tsunamis remains one of the biggest natural disaster events that could ever hit the islands of Hawaii. The worst danger is if a Tsunami occurs close to shore striking the islands at night when everyone is asleep. Anything short of this worst case nightmare scenario is somewhat, but never totally, manageable?

The US agency responsible for monitoring Tsunamis on the Hawaiian Islands to alert people whenever a Tsunami is coming is The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC).

QUESTION:
Is PTWC prepared to confidently handle a Tsunami worst case scenario in HAWAII?

ANSWER:
It would appear so based on the sophisticated analytical and telecommunication systems deployed by several US agencies. Not being an expert on Tsunamis, but knowing the destructive force that a Tsunami brings to a country or region, it does seem a little odd to the public eye to find the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center stationed at "ground level" on Ewa Beach on Oahu Island, Hawaii, instead of being raised far above sea level in a fortified structure higher than any anticipated Tsunami could possibly reach.

THE EPIC CENTER
The dream says that the epic center of an earthquake or "some sort of explosion" would occur in the center of the Island.

Short of a volcano, what major ground shaking event could strike the middle of The Big Island of Hawaii like an 'earthquake or explosion of some sort' is difficult to determine? There are other possibilities that readers and Hawaiians may visualize that should also be considered.

Hence, the interpretation of this dream continues until this last part is manifested or solved.

DREAM UPDATE #1: Friday, December 1, 2006; New York, NY: 5:55 AM EST
On Friday, December 1, 2006 at 5:55 am, NY, NY, EST time, I experienced an image in a dream that occurred between sleep and awake states of consciousness indicating that the next manifestation of the dream will occur in the south eastern quadrant of the map of the dream image that first manifested in the dream of September 30, 2006 (shown above). If we turn this information upside down as we did for the map in the dream image above, then it becomes the northwestern corner of the Island of Hawaii. This was shown very clearly; hence, there is no reason to doubt that the next event will either occur in the northwest or southeast quadrant of the Big Island of Hawaii based on the map in the dream image of Sept. 30, 2006 measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale image will occur.

This dream did in fact manifest. On Sunday, December 3, 2006, an earthquake occurred in the northwest quadrant of Hawaii registered at 4.4 Magnitude which has been upgraded to 4.6 Magnitude on the Richter Scale as of Monday, December 5, 2006. WHERE?
We do not know in what location the next manifestation of the dream image will occur. Based on the latest dream flash experience discussed in the paragraph above, the next earthquake or other manifestation of this dream of September 30, 2006 could possibly occur northwest or southeast Nigeria, northwest HAWAII near Puako or southeast HAWAII near Kilauea Volcano or possibly Fort worth (northwest) or Houston (southeast), Texas or in the northeast or southeast quadrant of some other place?

WHEN?
We speculated but do not know for sure if the next manifestation of the dream image will occur on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 or Monday, January 15, 2007, which is Martin Luther King, Jr's actual birthday?

WHAT DO WE KNOW?
We know that almost every attempt to interpret this dream since it occurred on September 30, 2006 has failed. And yet, as shown above, the dream finds ways to express itself in a way that we never thought of before or saw as even a remote possibility. Each time the dream manifest, we are taken by total surprise, forcing us to retro-analyze what the symbolism of the dream really meant.

Does This Mean That We Should Not Try to Interpret Dreams That We Think Might Have Personal, Collective or Universal Meaning?
Not necessarily! Even though we may not get the correct interpretation and have to back-fill the pieces after the dream has manifested in reality, our attempts at interpretation keeps the dream alive, fresh and active in our minds, which serve as an indicator of what is to happen in the future when we least expect it. I believe that if we let the dream reveal itself to us in its own time and way, we may find that the source of the dream is truly an amazing and awe inspiring thing, and that that source is far more informed and far more intelligent and sophisticated than our scientific and narrowly modernistic mind set would like to admit. On Tuesday, December
